PROJECT OVERVIEW: I was charged with implementing all aspects of a new luxury program to develop for a vacation rental company. The planning you see here was done from scratch based on company goals for the program and was to be implemented in one region before a worldwide rollout.
USAGE: Internal usage by myself, the CEO, COO, the program task force, and, as things progressed, to the luxury team
CONTRIBUTIONS: This was created solely by me and presented to executive leadership. I was then tasked with implementing these strategies.
YEAR: 2019
PROJECT OVERVIEW: A nonprofit organization whose board I served on tasked me with creating a new program to help the organization get additional volunteers and corporate sponsors the help at two local state parks.
USAGE: This plan was presented to the board of directors and the organzation’s managing director. Upon approval I was tasked with aiding in its implementation.
CONTRIBUTIONS: This plan was created from scratch by me, including the program naming

PROJECT OVERVIEW: While serving as Executive Director of a startup nonprofit, this was one of many plans I presented to leadership when the opportunity to take on new projects in the coming year arose
